Incidents
April 20 – County Road 864, Level Road – A computer was reported stolen from a residence.
April 20 – Banks Road, Roanoke – Two windows were broken, and a Vizio TV was reported stolen from a residence.
April 21 – County Road 814, Midway – Two puppies were dumped into a resident’s yard. A friend of the resident recognized the puppies and knows where they came from.
April 22 – Roanoke – An individual known to the complainant opened two credit cards using her information and added a phone to her cellular plan.
April 22 – Lakeside Drive, Twin Lakes Subdivision, Roanoke – When a resident went to her shed, five of her neighbor’s dogs approached her aggressively. She was bitten by one dog, and while attempting to defend herself, fell and injured her leg. The dogs left, and she was able to get inside. The dogs included two pit bulls and three of unknown breeds. She stated there have been multiple prior issues and reports filed regarding these dogs. She was treated at Tanner East Alabama Medical Center.
April 23 – Roanoke – The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office contacted Randolph County regarding a 2020 Dodge Ram truck involved in an accident and impounded there. The truck’s owner reported he sold it in January to an employee, who was supposed to obtain insurance, a tag, and make payments. A bill of sale was completed. By March, no payments had been made, and the original owner advised the “buyer” that the situation would now be considered unauthorized use of a vehicle. On March 31, a friend of the “buyer” wrecked the truck.
April 24 – County Road 271, Corinth North – Items reported stolen include a black 1980 Ford truck; a white and maroon 1989 Dodge Ram van; a primer gray 1981 Nissan truck; a white 1987 Chevrolet truck; a diesel motor with transaxle unit; a 3×5 metal work table; washer, dryer, and dishwasher; two full-size truck toolboxes; a small utility box with pipe-fitting parts; 400 yellow fire bricks; 35 18-inch concrete blocks; multiple pieces of trailer siding; tin from a well house; wiring; and the doors for a generator and another door to an electrical panel.
April 26 – County Road 680, Roanoke – A Yanmar 1801D tractor and bush hog attachment were reported stolen.
April 26 – County Road 112, Bethel East – Occupants of a vehicle reported that a family member of the driver fired shots at them as they drove past his residence. The subject then pursued them in his vehicle to County Road 87 before passing them. One occupant reported seeing the red laser/light from the subject’s pistol shining in the car during the chase.

• Roy Gene Brown, 43, of Roanoke – failure to appear in court (first-degree theft of property and attempting to elude law enforcement) – April 23
• Joshua Glenn Gullatt, 34, of Wadley – failure to appear in court (no driver’s license and child support) – April 24
