Handley Middle School student Kaselynn Taylor earned a 3rd runner up finish at the Miss Elementary America pageant in Little Rock, Arkansas, last week.
Taylor is a former Miss Knight-Enloe Elementary School, and she competed against 31 other young ladies in the national pageant. She is a Randolph County native and will be going into the fifth grade at HMS this coming school year.
