Find your voting district in Roanoke

On August 26 of this year the city of Roanoke will hold its first municipal election since 2020.

In January of this year, changes were made to the five voting districts in the city of Roanoke, which means that some voters in the city will be in a different district than the one they were in for the 2020 municipal elections.

In order to find your district, click on the image of the adjacent map and scroll down to the bottom of the page in the link. You will see that same map and will be able to click on it and magnify it to find your street.

Also, if you are unable to find your street and determine the district in which you live you can call Roanoke City Hall at 334-863-4129 and they will be able to tell you your district.

All Roanoke residents will be able to cast a vote for the city’s mayor. However, residents will only be able to vote for the councilmember representing their district.
