Default having been made in the terms of that Mortgage executed on the 28th day of May, 2020 by Brian K. Overton and Nancy Overton to Kelzie Properties, LLC, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 652 at Page 444; and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 11 o’clock a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2022.
