ORDER FIXING DATE FOR HEARING

The Petitioner, Bobby Joe Posey, filed in this Court a certain paper in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James Posey, Jr., deceased, and there with a Petition of the Probate thereof of such Will.

Therefore, it is ordered by this Court that August 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. be and the same hereby is fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on said Petition.

It is further ordered by the Court that, the Petitioner shall cause notice of filing of the said Petition and hearing as above set to be given to those certain parties as follows with written proof of service via certified mail, to be submitted to the Court on or before the date of said hearing:

1. James John Posey, whose address, to the best of Petitioner’s knowledge, is 303 Claude Honeycutt DRV, Weaverville, NC 28787.

2. Deana Michele Posey Righter, whose address, to the best of Petitioner’s knowledge, is 2006 Sterling CRT, Hendersonville, TN 27075.
