Keith Lamont McCray, 39, of 1220 Yancey St., Roanoke – possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit – Nov. 21

Quandaris Devine Johnson, 31, of 391 Pine Valley Dr., Roanoke – possession of a controlled substance, possession of a concealed weapon without a permit and possession of drug paraphernalia – Nov. 21

McCray and Johnson were arrested following a traffic stop.

Meaghon Elizabeth Morton, 34, of 943 McKinley Dr., Roanoke – second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia – Nov. 18 following a traffic stop

Donnie James Thrift, 27, of 460 Pine Valley Dr., Roanoke – possession of a concealed weapon without a permit and obstructing governmental operations – Nov. 17 following a traffic stop
