(ROANOKE) Mrs. Willie Pinky Lewis, 101, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
Viewing will be Tuesday, July 13, from 2 until 6 p.m. at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.
A graveside services will be Wednesday, July 14, at 2 p.m. at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in the Welch community with the Rev. H.L. Jones officiating and the Rev. Calvin Trammell, eulogist
She is survived by her children, Alice Birdsong of Miami, Willie Pearl McRant, Evangeline Cooper (Ernest) of Jacksonville, Fla., Bonnie Sue Paige, Lee Holloway, Bobbie Taylor (Eddie), Margie Ogletree (Leon) and Benjamin Lewis (Sandra), all of Roanoke, Bessie Jones (Charlie) and Lounettie Lewis of LaGrange, Ga., and Joe Lee Lewis (Rita) of Opelika; 45 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; six nephews, eight nieces, other relatives and friends.
