Alan ‘Doodle’ Fetner

(ROANOKE) Alan “Doodle” Fetner, 60, of Roanoke died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at LaFayette Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be Thursday, July 27, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Bishop officiating.

Mr. Fetner was born Nov. 4, 1956, in Randolph County to the late James Howell Fetner and the late Annie Pearl Duke Fetner and was a member of Handley Avenue Church of God.

He is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Fetner and Richard Fetner, both of Roanoke; two special friends, Kay Rombokas and Paul Lovelace; nieces and nephews.
