MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of a mortgage executed to the undersigned, CharterBank, by Jennifer H. Beckom, a married woman, on the 31th day of August, 2015, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 604, Page 474, and said default continuing, the undersigned, CharterBank, will sell at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the courthouse door of said County between the legal hours of sale, on the 10th day of May, 2017, the following described property, to-wit:
Lot Number 14 of Twin Oaks Subdivision according to the plat and survey map of Walter Pryor White, Al. Reg. No. 12504, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Plat Book 2 at Page 126, and being more particularly shown on that plat and survey map of Richard L. Bisgard, AL PLS No. 23427, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Plat Cabinet B at Slide 287.
This property is subject to the ownership, interests and easements of the Alabama Power Company to that portion of the above-described property that lies below the 800-foot contour line above mean sea level.
This property is subject to those certain Restrictive Covenants as recorded in Deed Book 145 at Pages 937 through 939 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama.
Said sale is for the purpose of paying the unpaid principal on said mortgage, interest and attorney’s fees as provided in said mortgage, expenses of advertising, selling, conveying, and all other costs that may have accrued.

The sale provided for hereinabove, originally scheduled for May 10, 2017, has been postponed until June 13, 2017. Said foreclosure sale shall be held on June 13, 2017, at the public entrance of the Randolph County Courthouse, 1 South Main Street, Wedowee, Alabama 36278 during the legal hours of sale.
