Rhonda Elizabeth Strain

(ROANOKE) Funeral services for Rhonda Elizabeth Strain, 55, of Roanoke will be Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Edward Herren officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Grove Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery, Woodland.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. on Monday.

Ms. Strain died Sunday, Feb. 26, at Roanoke HealthCare.

A Roanoke native, Ms. Strain was born June 4, 1961, the daughter of Ray and Abigail Shelnutt Strain. She was a member of East Napoleon Church of Christ.

Survivors include one brother, Marty Strain of Roanoke and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Ms. Strain was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Bryant Gray, Kevin Johnson, Hunter Williamson, Rodney Smith, Paul Romine, Frankie McClain and Byron Sizemore.
