Louise Hardnett Thomas

(LaGRANGE, Ga.) Louise Hardnett Thomas, 65, of LaGrange, Ga., died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016, at West Georgia Hospice, LaGrange.

The funeral will be at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Wadley, on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William Russell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from noon to 1 p.m.

Visitation will be Friday from noon to 6 p.m. at Vines Funeral Home, LaFayette.

Ms. Thomas is survived by two daughters, Melissa Roberts (Quinton) of LaGrange and Millie Thomas of LaFayette; three sons, Frederick Hardnett of LaGrange, Willie Ralph Thomas of Wadley and Clarence Thomas of Alexander City; four sisters, Pauline Brown of Queens, N.Y., Gladys Staples of Lineville, Moline Rowe of Wadley and Mable Nkanta of Roanoke; one brother, Vernon Hardnett of Roanoke; five grandsons, four granddaughters, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
