Shirley Faye Findley Pike

(LANETT) Graveside services for Shirley Faye Findley Pike, 80, of Lanett, formerly of Randolph County, will be Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at 2 p.m. CST at Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating.

Mrs. Pike died Tuesday, Dec. 22, at EAMC Lanier Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Leroy “Roy” Pike of Lanett; two daughters, Sherrye Pike Johnson (husband, Marty) of Lanett and Cindy Pike Vetrano (husband, Frank) of Birmingham; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A Randolph County native, Mrs. Pike was born on July 16, 1935, daughter of John Willie Hooper and Mary Lucille Ward Findley. She was a member of Lanier Baptist Church and a former member of Mt. Zion Christian Church. Mrs. Pike was the owner of Pike’s Flower Den in Valley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Jim Findley Ramsey.
