NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

By Order of the Probate Court of Randolph County, the undersigned Chad Lee, Commissioner appointed to make the sale, shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder the following described property situated, lying, and being in Randolph County, Alabama:

70.59 acres, more or less, located within the West 1/2 of Section 9, & within the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, of Township 19 South, Range 13 East, of Randolph County, Alabama as shown and described on that certain survey plat recorded on March 2nd, 2006 in Plat Cabinet B, Slide 594 as found in the office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama.

ALSO:

Twenty-five (25) acres, more or less, lying and being in and a part of Land Lot 205 of the 12th District of originally Carroll, now Heard County, Georgia. Said property being a portion of the property described in Book 214, Page 161-162 as found in the office of the Superior Court Clerk, Heard County, Georgia and designated by the Heard County Board of Tax Assessors as Parcel Number 0002 0036 in Tax District 1.

Also, the personal property of Marvolene Kirby, deceased, shall be auctioned and sold to the highest bidder.

Said land and personal property shall be sold on site by public auction on November 7, 2015 at 10:00 am central time at 608 County Road 101, Woodland, Alabama 36280
