Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Brittany Foster, an unmarried woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for American Financial Resources Inc. ISAOA ATIMA, on the 10th day of December, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 551, Page 522; the undersigned American Financial Resources, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on August 10, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

One house and lot in the Town of Rock Mills, Alabama, known now or formerly as the Ell Heard Place and more particularly described as follows: Situated on the West side of the Rock Mills-High Shoals Road, now known as the Springfield Road, commencing at the corner of the land of the now or former W. W. Bonner residence lot and running northerly along said road a distance of 163 feet to a corner; thence run Westerly a distance of 147 feet to a corner; thence run southeasterly a distance of 190 feet to the corner of the now or former Bonner-Garden Spot; thence Easterly a distance of 70 feet to the West side of the Rock Mills-High Shoals Road, leading to Springfield, which is the beginning point. Said property being bound on the North, South and West by the now or former Bonner property and on the East by the Rick Mills-High Shoals Road, together with all improvements thereon. The above property in the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 21, Range 13, Randolph County, Alabama.
