Syble Gore Traylor

(NEWELL) Funeral services for Syble Gore Traylor, 91, of Newell were Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Pine Hill Christian Church, Graham, with the Rev. Dick Hollis officiating. Burial followed in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Traylor died Saturday, Aug. 22, at Carrollton Manor.

A Cleburne County native, Mrs. Traylor was born July 30, 1924, the daughter of Wriley and Lois Brown Gore. She was a member of Pine Hill Christian Church and had been employed with World Book as a salesperson.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lois and Willard Loftin of Roopville, Ga.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ed and Patricia Traylor of Ranburne and Jerry and Carol Traylor of Newell; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Agnes Holcomb of Piedmont. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Griffin Traylor; son, Jeryl Traylor; two sisters and one brother.
