Click It or Ticket effort results in citations

The Memorial Day Click It or Ticket effort in Randolph County resulted in the following figures:

Rock Mills – 205 vehicles checked; Hwy. 431 and County Road 82 – 382 vehicles; and Hwy. 48 and County Road 87 – 101 vehicles.

The following citations resulted: 38 – no proof of insurance; 8 – seatbelt violations; 5 – speeding; 3 – child restraint; 3 – no driver’s license in possession; 2 – equipment violations; 1 – expired tag; 1 – failure to appear (drug paraphernalia); 1 – possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
