Young Roanoke woman dies in Chambers crash

BUFFALO–Funeral services will be Friday for a young Roanoke woman killed in a three-vehicle accident on Saturday morning in the Buffalo community of Chambers County.

Latrice Adetrica Tucker, 22, was the driver of a 2000 Mazda Protégé that collided head on with a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox. The Mazda was then struck by a third vehicle.

The accident happened on U.S. 431 at about 10 a.m.

According to the report from State Troopers, Tucker, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet was also hurt and taken to East Alabama Medical Center.
