Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on June 3, 2010 by Larry Gore, a married man, and Donna Gore, his wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., and recorded in Mort Book 555 at Page 313 on June 4, 2010, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC as reflected by instrument recorded in Mort Book 575, Page 435 and Mort Book 590, Page 420 of the same Office. Shapiro and Ingle, L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on April 6, 2015, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Randolph County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Wedowee, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to wit:
Two (2) acres in the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 18, Range 11; all the land North of the Morrison Cross Road and Newell Road that is now on pavement, containing (2) acres, more or less, situated in Randolph County, Alabama. More accurately described as follows:__Commencing at an iron pin locally accepted as the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 South, Range 11 East, Randolph County, Alabama, thence run North 00 degrees 00′ 00″ East a distance of 1326.96 feet along the Quarter-Quarter line to an axle which is locally accepted as the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 South, Range 11 East, for a point of beginning, thence run North 01 degree 08′ 19″ East a distance of 342.00 feet along the Quarter-Quarter line to an iron pin, thence run South 88 degrees 51′ 41″ East a distance of 413.86 feet to an iron pin on the North right of way of Randolph County Road Number 82, thence run Southwesterly along said right of way a distance of 50.98 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 1112.34 feet to a point, thence run South 44 degrees 24′ 00″ West along said right of way a distance of 417.38 feet to an iron pin, thence run North 88 degrees 51′ 41″ West a distance of 93.89 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel containing 2.0 acres more or less, lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 South, Range 11 East, Randolph County, Alabama, according to that certain survey prepared by Burrell C. JOne, IV, P.E/L.S. No. 15294 dated November 14, 1999.

Any and all responsibilities or liabilities arising out of or in any way relating to any such condition, including those suggested by Code of Ala. (1975) ยง 35-4-271, expressly are disclaimed.
