Jalan D. Hambrick

(LaFAYETTE) Jalan D. Hambrick, 18, of LaFayette died Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

The funeral will be Saturday, Aug. 9, at 1 p.m. CDT at Rehope Baptist Church in the Doublehead community with the Rev. H.L. Jones, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Mr. Hambrick is survived by his parents, Willie and JoeAnn Johnson Hambrick of LaFayette; three brothers, Adrian Strickland of LaFayette, Jerome Staples of Ft. Mitchell and Travis Hambrick of Salem; three sisters, Vicky Staples and Monica Hambrick Bell, both of Roanoke, and Beverly Heard Martin of Newnan, Ga.; and a host of aunts, great-aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
