NOTICE OF CIVIL LAWSUIT

TO: JEFFREY L. NOLEN, Individually and as Trustee of the Mary John Nolen Family Trust

This is to notify that Civil Action No. CV 2013-900131, entitled Mary John Nolen vs. Jeffrey L. Nolen, et al, is presently pending in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama, Randolph County Courthouse, One Main St., Wedowee, Alabama 36278, there is being made a claim against the Defendants for the return of real and personal property, or in the alternative for an award in the amount of $367,284 plus court costs and attorney fees as described in the Complaint. You are hereby notified that you are required to answer the claims against you, individually and as Trustee, in writing and to file the original of your answer with the Clerk of this Court with a copy to Aundrea Mann Snyder, Esq., whose address is Post Office Box 2186, Anniston, Alabama 36202 within thirty (30) days of the late date of publication of this notice. Failing to answer or plead in response will result in a default being entered against you for the damages or relief sought against you. This case is assigned to Judge Steven R. Perryman.
