(MARS HILL, N.C.) Harriett Jane Cooper Hott, 80, died Dec. 28, 2013, at Madison Nursing Home in Mars Hill, N.C. She was born and raised in Rock Mills and will be interred at Randolph Memory Gardens on Saturday, March 22, at 2 p.m. There will be a graveside service and reception at Gedney’s Restaurant afterward.
