MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that Mortgage executed on the 8th day of July, 2009 by Phillip M. Ray, Sr. and Andrea C. Ray to I.B. Moore, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 546, at Pages 155-161, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 11 o’clock a.m. on the 20th day of February, 2014:
The following tract of land in Randolph County, Alabama, and being 2 acres, more or less, and being further described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the NE corner of Section 5, Township 22, Range 12 East, of the Huntsville Meridian; thence South along the section line 1320 feet; thence West 470 feet; thence North 92 feet to the north margin of the Old Wadley Highway, the point of beginning; thence North 31 degrees East 426 feet; thence North 70 degrees West 212 feet; thence South 31 degrees West 426 feet to the north margin of the Old Wadley Highway; thence South 70 degrees East along the North margin of the Old Wadley Highway 212 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less, and the same being a part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 22, Range 12 East, and with all improvements thereon.
The foreclosure sale previously scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on January 30, 2014, was postponed until 11:00 a.m. on February 20, 2014, due to inclement weather.
Property will be sold “as is” with any and all liens or encumbrances of record. Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debts and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Chad Lee. Payment in full is due at the time of sale.
