Mary Lee Turner Jordan

(MACON, Ga.) Mary Lee Turner Jordan, 83, of Macon, Ga., formerly of Carrollton, Ga., died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013.

Graveside services and interment will be Sunday, Oct. 6, at 2 p.m. EDT at Carroll Memory Gardens with minister Allen Howard officiating.

Mrs. Jordan was born in Randolph County, Ala., on July 22, 1930, the daughter of the late Clinton Levi Turner and Willie Mae Thompson Turner. She was a hairdresser and a member of Northside Christian Church, Macon.

Survivors include her son, Greg Jordan of Macon; two grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Phillips, Eleanor Alexander and Evelyn Almstead; and brother, Horace Turner, all of Newnan, Ga. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walker Jordan, and sister, Geneva McKenzie.
