Jonathan Lamar Hendricks
(ROANOKE) Jonathan Lamar Hendricks, 25, of Roanoke, formerly of Heard County, Ga., died at his home on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013.
The funeral will be Thursday, Aug. 15, at 2 p.m. at Glenn Baptist Church in Franklin, Ga., with the Revs. Mike Watson and Dennis Meeks officiating. The interment will follow at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Roanoke.
Mr. Hendricks was born in Carrollton, Ga., on Oct. 24, 1987, the son of Debbie Brown Hendricks and Bobby Denson Hendricks. He was a member of Glenn Baptist Church and was a graduate of Woodland High School. The joys of his life were his three children! He filled his life with their care. He was a loving husband, son, father and brother. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Hollie Richardson Hendricks; parents, Debbie and Bobby Hendricks; children Kenzie, J.C. and Jake Hendricks; brother, Joseph Hendricks, all of Roanoke; grandparents, Lurlene and David Pierce of Woodland; and in-laws, Rachael and Buddy Sikes of Roanoke.
The family will receive guests at the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home in Franklin Thursday morning, Aug. 15, from 10-noon.
