NUISANCE ABATEMENT SALE NOTICE

Pursuant to Resolution #1016 duly adopted by the City of Roanoke on or about 26 November 2012, the City of Roanoke has taken action in order to cure a certain nuisance located within its City limits. Pursuant to law, the owners of this certain parcel of land were notified. The City of Roanoke incurred expenses during its effort to abate the above mentioned nuisance. Pursuant to Resolution #1016, the owner of the offending property was notified of these expenses and allowed thirty (30) to reimburse the City of Roanoke for its expenses. That time having expired, The City of Roanoke now offers up for public auction, pursuant to Resolution #1016, Alabama Code of 1975 sections 11-53B-7 and 11-4-35, the following property:
