Marion E. Chapman

(SEALE) Marion E. Chapman, 70, of Seale died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Columbus Medical Center.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Friday, Oct. 19, in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Phenix City, with burial in Lakeview Memory Gardens.

Mr. Chapman was born Aug. 23, 1942, in Columbus, Ga., son of the late Richard Arlis Chapman and Lillian Armstrong Chapman. He was retired from Mead Coated Board in 2004 with 38 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Felicia A. Chapman of Seale; sons, Dennis Chapman of Roanoke and Darrin Chapman and wife Sheila of Phenix City; daughter, Kimberly Childers and husband, Vince of Dauphin Island; brothers, Byron Chapman of Phenix City and Tony Chapman of Austell, Ga.; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends.
