Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke City Council will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 11-52-77 of the Code of Alabama on Monday, August 27th at 5:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Roanoke City Hall. The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive public comments on an application submitted by Ronald and Telisa Williams for a proposed rezoning of property located on the corner of Alabama State Highway 22 west and County road 18 in Roanoke, Alabama.

All persons wishing to speak in favor of or in opposition to the proposed rezoning request are encouraged to attend this hearing. The City of Roanoke will conduct the meeting in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
