Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on the 12th day of July, 2012, by Nelson R. Britt and wife, Juanita H. Britt, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 556 at pages 137-146, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of said contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of September, 2012:
