Notice is hereby given in the above-entitled cause that on the 20th day of October, 2011, the above-named Plaintiff filed in said Circuit Court a cause of action against the above-named Defendant for breach of contract and detinue.

That on said 22nd day of June, 2012, E. Russell March, III, Attorney for Plaintiff, filed in the above entitled cause the affidavit of Paul H. Ivey stating that service of the Summons and Complaint upon the Defendant, Roy Keith Wortham, could not be accomplished at the last known address of said Defendant and that all prerequisites for service by publication have been complied with.

Now therefore, the said Roy Keith Wortham is hereby commanded to answer or plead by Sept. 21, 2012, to the Complaint filed in the above-entitled case.
