INVITATION TO BID

The City of Roanoke will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition of nuisance property located on Main Street in the downtown part of Roanoke. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all Brick, Block, wood and any other material causing the nuisance on the property. The work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws and ADEM regulations.  All bids must be received at City Hall by the close of business on July 12, 2012.  The bid opening will be on July 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall.
