John L. Bailey

(WEDOWEE) Funeral services for John L. Bailey, 84, of Wedowee will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Craig McClure eulogist and Pastor William Dillard officiating. Burial will be in Mountain Cemetery.

Mr. Bailey died Saturday, Sept. 24.

Public visitation will be Thursday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. the funeral home. Survivors include sons and their wives, James and Melissa Bailey and Bobby and Juanise Bailey; daughter and her husband, Ruby and Willie Robertson; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Albert Graham, J.T. Graham and Lue Graham. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; parents, Son and Emma Bailey; sons, Don and Henry; and brothers, M.C. and R. D. Bailey.
