Pursuant to Order entered by the Circuit Court of Randolph County, the undersigned, John Tinney, Commissioner, will offer for sale to the highest bidder at public auction the following described property situated, lying and being in Randolph County, Alabama:

Lots 5 and 6 in Block C and Lots 16 and 17 in Block E in the Town of Malone being located in Section 14, Township 21, Range 10, Fractional Section G, Randolph County, Alabama according to that certain map of the Town of Malone recorded in Subdivision Map Book 2 as found in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama.

Said auction will take place on May 6, 2011, at 12 noon on the front steps of the Randolph County Courthouse located in Wedowee, Alabama.
