MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that Mortgage executed on the 18th day of June, 2009, by Mark Kirby and Beth Kirby to Small Town Bank which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 547, at Pages 251-258, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 11 o’clock a.m. on the 25th day of March, 2011:
Begin at the Easterly Right-of-Way of an unnamed public road and the East line of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence run North along said East line a distance of 210 feet to a point which is the North line of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence run East along said North line a distance of 1050 feet to a point; thence run South a distance of 210 feet to a point; thence run West to the East Right-of-Way of said unnamed public road to Point of Beginning all lying and being in Section 10, Township 20 South, Range 13 East, and containing five (5) acres, more or less.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debts and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Chad Lee.
