Notice is hereby given that any and all parties claiming an interest in the property sought to be condemned by the State of Alabama in the above-styled cause, to-wit:

Forfeiture of one (1) 2004 Ford Ranger, VIN# 1FTYR10U74PA29025, Jeffrey Caldwell, and A, B, and C, defendants being those persons, known or unknown, who may claim an ownership interest in the defendant property, to come in and file their claim on or before the 11th day of April, 2011, and failing to do so, said claims will be barred.
