Finding Of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) issues FONSI for the construction of two broiler houses at 833 County Road 673, in Section, Township 20 South, Range 12 East, in Randolph County, Alabama. The property owners propose to construct two broiler houses on the farm located at the named address. FSA has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) and has determined that the construction of the broiler houses at that addresses will not have a significant effect on the human environment; therefore, no environmental impact statement shall be prepared.

FSA is accepting comments on this FONSI and EA through January 14th, 2011. The Final EA can be reviewed in person at the FSA office located at 105 Gossom Switch Road, Wetumpka, Alabama 36832, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
