Teen charged with cruelty to animal
A 17-year-old Five Points boy was arrested on Monday, charged with felony cruelty to animals.
According to Roanoke Police Chief Adam Melton, the crime occurred at a residence on Louina Street in Roanoke, where the teen killed a dog by duct-taping its entire head and choking it with an extension cord.
