(FIVE POINTS) Zack Allen Jr., 74, of Five Points died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at Randolph Medical Center, Roanoke.

The funeral was Saturday, Nov. 6, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Five Points with the Rev. Tommy Finley, pastor, officiating.

Mr. Allen is survived by his children and their spouses, Yvonne G. and Eddie Mackey, Gregory and Dena Allen and Stanley and Marianna Allen; five sisters, Ruby Jackson of Newnan, Ga., Mattie Haynie of Tappahannock, Va., Annette Barnhill of Boston, Mass., Gladys McCullough of Union City, Ga., and Mary Trammell of West Point, Ga.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a special friend, Charlene Holloway; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
