2 p.m. Frank Foster Jr. will deliver a talk on the potters of Randolph County with a focus on Rock Mills and Bacon Level. The program will be at Annie Awbrey Public Library.

Class Reunions

HHS 1960 reunion

The Handley High School class of 1960 is planning a reunion to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their graduation. The reunion is scheduled for Sept. 24 at the Roanoke Country Club at 6:30 pm. The Randolph County High School class of 1990 is planning a 20-year class reunion Saturday, Aug. 28, at Chimney Cove on Lake Wedowee. Help is needed finding classmates. RCHS 2000

The Randolph County High School Class of 2000 will have their class reunion Sept. 18 at Chimney Cove beginning at 2 p.m. Dinner for the adults will be around 7 with a shrimp boil. Chambers Co. High

Chambers County High School of Milltown is planning to hold its 17th annual reunion at Southern Union State Community College Dining Hall, Wadley, on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. All who attended the school at Milltown will be invited to attend and bring your friends. Family Reunions

Hester

The annual Hester family reunion will be Saturday, Aug. 21, at The Hub Restaurant in Wedowee instead of Rocky Branch Church fellowship hall.

Richardson

The Richardson family reunion will be Sunday, Aug. 22, at the Rock Stand Community Clubhouse. All family and friends are invited. A covered-dish lunch will be served at noon.

Hodnett
