Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage executed by Joseph Halker and Mollie Halker to Small Town Bank recorded on March 11, 2002 in Mortgage Book 425 at Pages 636-643 which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 11 o’clock a.m. on the 9th day of July, 2010:

The S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 21, Range 12 East, Randolph County, Alabama, containing 20 acres, more or less.

Said sale is made subject to any liens, mortgages, or encumbrances of record and is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debts and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Chad Lee. Payment in full is due on the date of sale.
