NOTICE OF ELECTION ON LEGAL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Pursuant to Section 28-2-1 of the Code of Alabama, an election will be held on November 4, 2008, to determine whether or not the citizens of Randolph County favor the legal sale of distribution of alcoholic beverages within Randolph County.
