William Keith Faulkner

(WACO, Ga.) William Keith Faulkner, 58, of Waco, Ga., died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in Stringfellow Memorial Hospital, Anniston.

He was born in Carroll County, Ga., Oct. 23, 1949, the son of the late Marlin “Bud” and Ollie Kaylor Faulkner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Kyle Faulkner, and a brother, James Marlin Faulkner.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Ellen Densmore Faulkner to whom he was married on June 25, 1977; daughters, Tracy White of Heflin and Kayla Arp and Rana Brooks of Waco; sons, William Keith Faulkner II, Marlin Eugene Faulkner and Jeremy Eli Faulkner, all of Waco; two grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Benefield of Ranburne; a brother, Barry Faulkner of Waco; step-mother-in-law, Jeane Densmore; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be Friday, April 4, 2008, at 1 p.m. EDT at Rainwater Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Lewis Cushing and Bro. Roger Nolen officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Graham.

Pallbearers will be Joe, Barry, Jason, Ben Faulkner, Kevin Benefield, Tervin Wilkinson, Chris Williams and special friend, Jim Runkles. Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Timms, Katherine Arp, Austin Arp, Matthew Haney, Austin Haney and Elizabeth Haney. Music will be furnished by Dean and Angie Stallings.

The family will receive friends at Rainwater Funeral Home in Bowdon, Ga., Thursday, April 3, from 4 to 9 p.m.
