BRENDA RICHARDSON

By virtue of a judgment issued out of Small Claims Court of Randolph County, Alabama, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Brenda Richardson, defendant, out of the goods, chattels, land and tenements of said defendants.

I have levied on the following property, to wit:

One lot in the City of Roanoke, Alabama, described as follows:

Beginning on the west side of Chestnut Street at the northwest corner of vacant lot of Mrs. Bettie Tennant and running back along the Tennant line 45 feet to AB&C Railroad right of way: (formerly AB&ARR) thence in northwesterly direction along right of way to corner; thence in an easterly direction along at Still’s Line to Chestnut Street thence in southerly direction along Chestnut Street 60 feet to point of point of beginning. The above property being 60 feet wide on Chestnut Street and running back of uniform width to railroad right of way. Together with all the permanent improvements thereon.

Therefore, according to said command, I will sell at public outcry for cash, all the right, title and interest of the above named, Brenda Richardson, in and to the above described property on April 14, 2008, at 11 o’clock a.m. during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door in Wedowee, Alabama, in said county.
