NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Steve Daniel, an unmarried man, to Option One Mortgage Corporation on January 10, 2005, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Book 476 Page 139, and subsequently transferred and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2005-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-OPT1; Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2005-OPT1, Asset Backed Certficates, Series 2005-OPT1, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Randolph County Courthouse, in Wedowee, Alabama, on February 15, 2008, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 19 South, Range 12 East, as the point of beginning of the tract herein conveyed; run thence South 01 degree 33 minutes 18 seconds West 330 feet, more or less, to a point; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 38 seconds West 330 feet, more or less, to a point; thence North 40 degrees 01 minute 21 seconds West 345.45 feet to a point; thence North 41 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds East 89.75 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 38 seconds East 501.12 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein conveyed.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
