Section 15: Micaville & Fosters Crossroad Water Systems Improvement (Water lines) &
Section 15T: Micaville 0.5 Ground Storage Water Tank (Co. Rd. 47) and upgrade of existing tanks &
Section 15P: Highway 431 Booster Pumping Station and Pressure Based Pump Control System
Will be received by the Randolph County Water, Sewer and Fire Protection Authority, 538 Main Street, Roanoke, AL 36274, (334)863-8949 at the above office until 10:00 a.m. (Central time) on Date August 21, 2007, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Upon payment of $100 for each set (Each set includes plan and specs for all three projects – water lines, tank and booster pumping station), none of which will be refunded.
Each bidder must deposit with each of his bids a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements of Executive Order 11246 dealing with Equal Employment Opportunity.
This will be funded in part with loans/ grants from Rural Development and possibly EPA. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
