Helen Cauline Moree Moon

(ROANOKE) Services for Helen Cauline Moree moon, 75, of Roanoke will be Saturday, May 26, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Antioch Christian Church, with the Rev. Anthony Herren officiating. Mrs. Moon will lie in state one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday.

Mrs. Moon died Wednesday, May 23, at the Care Center of Opelika.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Moon of Roanoke; one daughter, Wanda Brasseal of Ashland; one son, Paul Randy Moon of Opelika; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Rosie Pinkard of Roanoke; and one brother, James Moree of Alexandria.

Pallbearers will be Jason Moon, Brian Brasseal, Wesley Brasseal, Scott Brasseal, Sammy Hill and Chance Hill.

Mrs. Moon was born April 7, 1932, daughter of Cephus and Carrie Moree. She was a member of Antioch Christian Church and had been an administrative assistant for Amoco Fabrics and Fibers. Flowers will be accepted or donations made to Antioch Christian Church or the National Alzheimer’s Association.
