Arrests

Timothy Marion Phillips, 50, of 24758 County Rd. 87, Graham, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with public intoxication.

Brian Travante Bledsoe, 24, of LaFayette was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with theft by fraud.

Cindy Lynn Holloway, 27, of 326 County Rd. 240, Wedowee, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with three counts of writing bad checks.

Mitchell Leon Lewis, 25, of 689 Seymour Dr., Roanoke, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with probation violation.

Theft

Steve Johnson of Johnson’s Auto on Highway 48, Woodland, reported a theft on Oct. 3. A trailer hitch valued at $100 was taken.
