Arrests

Thomas Wade Stover, 25, of Alexandria was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with failure to pay old fines.

Jimmy Roger Ballard, 42, of LaFayette was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Dock Pharram, 51, of Five Points was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with simple assault (domestic violence).

Robert W. Earnest Jr., 37, of 3103 County Rd. 329, Wedowee, was arrested on Aug. 9 on West Point Street and charged with failure to appear in court.

Mollie Potts Britt, 26, of 3427 County Rd. 63, Woodland, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with writing a bad check.

Kristy Dianna Burson, 24, of Franklin, Ga., was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court.
