James Kennedy ‘Kenny’ Martin

(FIVE POINTS) Graveside services for James Kennedy “Kenny” Martin, 45, of Five Points will be Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006, at 2 p.m. at Standing Rock Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Phillip Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Mr. Martin died Tuesday, Aug. 15, at Purvis, Miss.

Survivors include a daughter, Becky Martin of LaGrange, Ga.; three sisters, Dianne Wood of Roanoke, and Darlene Mobley and Doreen Young of Standing Rock; one brother, Allison Selason of Wedowee; one niece and two nephews.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Martin was born July 5, 1961, son of Sharon William and Evelyn Bonnie Ferrell Martin. He was a construction worker.

Memorials may be floral or the family suggests contributions to the Standing Rock Cemetery Fund.
