Timothy Eugene Brown

(LAGRANGE, Ga.) Timothy Eugene “Pie Gene” Brown of LaGrange, Ga., died Sunday, July 16, 2006, at Emory University Hospital.

Mr. Brown, son of Mrs. Doris Virginia Brown of LaGrange and the late Willie L. Brown, was born April 12, 1958, in LaGrange. He attended Mountville Elementary School and was a 1977 graduate of Troup High School. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant C.M.E. Church and was medically retired from Freudenberg NOK. Mr. Brown was well known for his photogenic energy in photography.

IN addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish his memories a special friend and mother of his children, Gloria Bradshaw; sons, Timothy E. Brown Jr. and Jerry Brown; and a daughter, Jessica Bradshaw, all of LaGrange; brothers, George Truitt of Atlanta, Willie Brown of Roanoke, Tommy Burston of Arizona and Jerry Brown of LaGrange; sisters, Christine Towns of Ellenwood and Joann Bray and Barbara Pride of LaGrange and Margaret Shelton, Wylene Cammon, Catherine Burston and Juanita Forte, all of Columbus, Ga.; a number of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be Sunday, July 23, at 3 p.m. EDT at Mt. Pleasant C.M.E. Church at 4153 Greenville Rd. in Mountville with the Revs. Eddie Copeland and Lovett Thornton officiating. Burial will be in the Needmore Cemetery in Mountville.
