Eunice Aikens

(WADLEY) Eunice Aikens, 93, of Wadley died Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Aikens was born in Randolph County Feb. 22, 1913. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, LaFayette, and a homemaker.

Services will be at Shiloh Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, with the Revs. Floyd Aikens, Jimmy Brown and Mark McGee officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Surviving are five daughter, Lonida Brooks of Valley, Ruth Davis of LaFayette, Lorene Milner of Milltown and Faye Blackmon and Emma Blanks of Wadley; four sons, Frank Aikens of Valley, Billy Aikens and Rev. Floyd Aikens of Lanett, and Cleave Aikens of Abanda; 29 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
